Kemet Queen
She Speaks Today a Million Years
In the Future Past
Of Kemet Queens
Who Live Inside of Me
Of Deserts and Trees
Temples and Times
On the Spinal Cord
Named Nile
Of Rivers that Flood
Gold Poured Pure
Overflowing Diamonds
Rich Soil and Blood
Of Darkness and Light
She Discovers Hidden Worlds
Inside her folds, Unfolding
Language and Gnosis
During the Time of Wombyn
Of Scars and Marks
The Temple of her Skin
Of Beauty that Knows
No Bounds Within
Of Suffering and Resilience
Of Wars Raged Against
Battles lost, Battles won
Don’t Erase Her
She Remains
Her Steadfast Trust in Unseeable Realms
Carries her through Jostled, Tumbled
Rock, Stone and Sand
Only Made Smoother to Shine
Of Power and Wonder
Of Vision and Insight
Of Strength and Pride and Holy Ground
She is Carried across the Tundra
Of Sun She Sits
In Hand Holding Wonder
Setting into Place
A Brilliance
To Gaze Upon Her
